We care about our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your product, or you received a damaged item, we’ll you send you a new one free of charge, or we’ll give you a personalized coupon for the quantity of your purchase (including shipping).

Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving your product. If more than 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you want to issue a refund, just contact us through or our Contact Page with your order number, the reason for the refund and whether you want a new item or a personalized coupon. After your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and we’ll send you your new tracking code, or personalized coupon.
