We use a SSL security certificate on our site to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time at the time of your purchase.

What are the shipping costs?
We have FREE shipping on orders over $50 USD. For other orders, we have a flat rate of $6.99

Currently we ship to 25 countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany,India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.
Will my items arrive at the same time?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-5 days to process your order. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic and international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 5 -20 working days after being processed for your order to arrive to the USA or Europe (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 7-35 working days after being processed (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
In extremely rare cases, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product or you receive a damaged product, contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a return. Please note that you have 7 days after receiving your product to issue a return. Sales items can’t be returned. For more information visit our Refund Policy Page.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you via email when the package leaves our facility. You can also use our tracking page when you get your tracking code. (Your tracking code can take a couple days to process after your purchase).
